LUCEN Pathways LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, doing business as LUCEN Perspectives ("LUCEN," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through lucenco.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us:
Your name and email address, when you complete our contact form to request more information or a conversation.
Anything you add in a message field, if the form has one.
Our website and the tools it uses may also automatically collect basic technical information, such as browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, through cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, arrange and hold a conversation with you, and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not use it for anything unrelated.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website and form host (Squarespace) and our email provider. They may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you and manage any business relationship that follows, or as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example Colorado, California, or the European Economic Area and United Kingdom), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email barbara@lucenco.com. We will respond within the time required by law, generally within 45 days.
Cookies and analytics
Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which sets cookies needed for the site to work and provides basic visitor analytics (such as pages viewed) so we can understand how the site is used. Videos on some pages are embedded from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play them. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

The Know Your Channel™ self-check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored by us.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
